Shipping policy (United States and Canada)
Teoluna microfiber cloth
The cloth ships to the United States and Canada only.
United States: allow 5 to 9 business days between your order and delivery. Shipping is free and tracked on orders over $39, and $4.99 below that.
Canada: allow 8 to 12 business days between your order and delivery. Shipping is free and tracked on orders over CA$50, and CA$6.99 below that.
In both countries, our prices include all taxes and import duties. You have nothing to pay on delivery.
The sections below on free shipping and delivery times apply to umbrellas, which ship to the United States.
Free tracked shipping
Shipping to the United States is free and tracked, from 1 umbrella, whatever the order amount.
Duties and import fees included
Our prices include all US import duties and fees. You have nothing to pay on delivery.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Allow 8 to 13 business days in total (Monday to Friday) between your order and delivery. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
These times are estimates. They can be longer during peak periods or public holidays, or because of events beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, customs checks).
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it's delivered. The final tracking number is provided by the carrier that delivers your package.
Orders of 2 or 3 umbrellas
Several umbrellas ordered together are shipped in a single package to the same address.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, email us at contact@teoluna.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll make it right: we'll send you a new item or refund you.
Shipping address
Please check your address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@teoluna.com: we'll correct it if your package hasn't shipped yet.
